Interesting Finds

THIS IS A MUST LISTEN BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS WITH FAMILY!! Mel Robbins "LET THEM" Theory on Spotify HERE. This makes SO MUCH SENSE!! If only I could apply it regularly.... It's HARD!  The overall concept of LET THEM is instead of arguing with people, trying to convince others your way is correct, or just generally questioning someone's life choices -- instead (and this is mostly for your own sanity) -- you just... LET THEM. Let them keep doing what they're doing, let them make those dumb-ass choices, let them wonder why nothing has changed (even though they've done nothing to change their situation). You see where I'm going? It's hard as shit to practice, BUT I'm getting better at it and I do feel better, calmer, more detached from other people's [whatever] when I apply this theory. Give it a go!
